SMT Components

SMT  ka full form Surface Mount Technology hai. SMT ke andar jo components ate hai unhe SMD kahte hai. Electronics ki latest technology me SMD components ka bhut jyada use kiya jata hai. SMD components alag- alag size ya package hote hai. 

(1) SMD Components mounted on PCB

SMT electronics Engineering ke liye ek smart technology hai. Present time me pure world me SMT ka use ho rha hai. Iska karn ye hai ki yah size, Production time, Reliability, strong etc. SMD components ko Chip Components bhi kha jata hai.

SMT ke use se electronics product (Gadgets) ka size kafi chota ho chuka hai, jo ki hmare liye kafi shi hai. jese hmara Mobile Phone, Computer, Laptop etc. Ye devices kitne chhote hai par kam kitne bde bde hai. Present time me bina in devices ke insan ka koi astitv hi nhi hai.

In sbhi gadgets ka Hardware SMT components (jin materials se kisi device, machine etc. ka nirmad kiya jata hai.) se bnta hai. Or ye devices Portable hoti hai.

SMD Electronics Components -              Niche electronics most                                                                        important  SMD components diye gye hai.jese - SMD Resistor, SMD Capacitor, SMD Inductor, SMD Diode ,SMD Transistor, SMD  IC, SMD LED etc.

SMD Resistor  -          SMD resistor alag- alag package me ate hai,                                       generally rectangle (आय त ) hote hai.

(2) SMD Package

 Length and width ke aadhar par resistor package ka ek standard hota hai. Resistors ke package ke standard ki list niche di gyi hai. 


SMD resistor ki value ko iske Upper White colour se mention kiya jata hai. jesaki figure me diya gya hai.

SMD Capacitor -          SMD capacitor                                                 alag- alag  construction ke hote  hai jese- MLCC,  tantalum, electrolytic, etc. capacitor ka main work to ek hi hai, yha par alag - alag Construction unki capacitance v voltage rating ke adhar par bnaya jata hai.

                 MLCC - Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor 

Figure (4) me SMD capacitor ki image di gyi hai jiise capacitors ki identify kiya ja skta hai. In capacitor ka use electronics circuits mai bhut kiya jata hai.

(5) SMD Inductors 

SMD Inductor  -            Suface mount                                                Inductors (and Transformers) different shapes me available hote hai. Jese pot cores (round), “RM” (square pot cores), “EP”, “E”, “EI”, “EEM”, “EFD”, “U”, “UI”, “ER” etc. Digital electronics me SMD Inductors, THT inductors ki tulna mai  jayada use kiye jate. Ye size me bhut chote hote hai.

hmne Pichle post me types of Diode pdha . Jesa hmm jante hai diode different types ke hote hai. THT ki trah hi alag alag diode ka SMT construction hota hai. Or unki properties ke adhar par diodes ko circuit me use kiya jata hai.

Bdhti technology or Digital electronics ke sath IC ka size kafi compact or small hota ja rha hai. General IC se lekar Microcontroller tk ek chote chip (wafer) me fabricate kiya jata hai. 

IC different package me available hoti hai. Jo iss parkar hai. -  

SO, SOM, SOL, SOP, SOJ, VSOP, SSOP, QSOP, PLCC, LCC, QFP, CQFP, BGA etc.

Lagbhag sari IC silicon semiconductor ke bhut chhote wafer me bnayi jati hai. IC anek devices me inbuilt rhti hai jese - Mobile phone, Automation,  Computer, smart devices, Robotics, Sensors, satellite etc. me smart work krne ke liye kiya jata hai.

SMD LED -     SMD LED nhi other components ki tarh alag - alag                           package me market me available hai. Generally LED 3 colours (Red, Green, Blue) mai available hoti hai, kuki in 3 colours se kitne bhi colours bnaye ja skte hai. Market me in theeno colours se bni ek single LED bhi atai hai Jise RGB khte hai. 

Lighting ke liye present time inka bhut use kiya jata hai. Iska karan ye hai ki ye energy ka bhut kam consumption krte hai.
