USB Cable

USB cable bhut hi useful cable hai,  Is post mai USB ke bare mai detail mai btaya gya hai jese - USB ka construction, USB ki working, USB ka full form, USB ke use etc. Is post ke niche Social media ka option diya hai please vha se like or share kre. Please read this post with attention.

USB - Iska full form Universal Serial Bus hai. Iska use Data (information) or Power supply ko transfer karne ke liye kiya jata. Yah Data or Power supply ke liye Bus ka kam karti hai jo Data ko ek device se doosre device tak le jati hai. 
(a) USB


Construction of USB Cable - 
USB number of wire ke hisab se 2 trah ki  hoti hai. 

  • 4 wires wali
  • 2 wires wali 
4 wires wali cable me 4 wires - 
  1. Red
  2. White 
  3. Green
  4. Black 
     Hoti hai or 
2 wires wali cable me 2 wires - 
  1. Red 
  2. Black  
     Hoti hai in sbhi wires ki specification alag alag hoti hai. Jo figure ke madyam se smjhaya gya hai. 
         


(b) Wiring of USB
Ek achhi USB ki charo wire me conduction ke liye copper ki wire ka use kiya jata hai. 



(c) Power supply USB with 2 wires
4 wires wiali USB ka use Data transfer ke liye kiya jata hai sath hi power supply ke liye bhi iska use kiya jata hai. ise White V Green wire ke madhyam se data transfer hota hai or Red V Black wire Power supply pradan karta hai. 
For Example - computer se Mobile Phone me
 ( 💻➡️📱) Koi Pictures, Videos, Documents file ko transfer karna.
2 wires wali wire se data ka transfer nhi kiya ja skata hai kuki usme data ki wires hoti hi nhi hai. Iska use sirf 5 volt ki power supply ke liye kiya jata hai. 
For example - Phone Charger cable.

(d) USB

USB Female Port - USB me jha se power supply ya data liya jata ha ya se jha power supply ya data diya jata hai us port ko USB ka female port khte hai.

Figure(D) me USB female port ya USB Jack diya gya. 

Identify to the pins of USB Female Jack -  

Iski pins ki numbering is parkar hoti hai -- 1st for positive power supply, 2nd for data positive, 3rd for data negative and 4th for ground. iska use krte time ye bat dhyan rkhna chiyye ki iski pin ki counting front side se kar rhe ho. back side se counting krne par iski pins ki position ulti ho jati hai. figure ke madhaym se app ise right way se smjh skte ho.

NOTE -

  •             ek achhi quality ki USB use mai hone wali wires achhii quality ki honi chahiye 
  •             wires ka resistance bhuut hi cam hona chiiye. 
  •             Low quality ki USB me wire ka resistance jayada hone ke karn vh Voltage ka drop kr                deti ha jis karn hmara equipment proper work nhi karta hai.
  •             USB ke sare metal parts achhi quality ke hone chahiye.

Voltage Regulator IC - 7805 and 7812

Is post me Regulator IC 78XX ki series ke bare me btaya hai sath hi 7805, 7812 ki working di gayi hai. 7805, 7812 etc. Ka shi use circuit diagram or figure ke madhyam se details me btya gga hai. Ye IC bhut hi useful or reliable hoti hai. Please read this post with attention.

IC 7805 -        Ye IC 3 terminals ki Semiconductor IC hoti hai                                  jiska   use Voltage ko Regulate karne mai kiya jata hai.Yah ek linear voltage regulator Integrated Circuit (IC) hai.


Jab Iske input me Unregistered power supply (DC) di jati hai to 7805 use regulate karke 5 Volt ki DC power supply me convert kar deta hai. Iska use electronics circuits me bahut kiya jata hai kuki yah output me constant voltage deti hai.

Iske Input me 7- 35 volt DC dene par use 5 volt mai convert kar deta hai or baki voltage ko Heat me convert kar deta hai. Heat nikalne (Dissipation) ke liye isme ek heat shink lga hota hai. Agag Voltage jyada use kar rhe ho ya iske achhe performance ke liye isme external Heat sink lgaya ja sakta hai.

(b) Regulated IC 78L05
78L05 and 7805 ek hi hai 78L05 package kam watt ka hota hai. Kiski current ratings 0.5 A ki hoti hai. Iska size 7805 se chhota hota hai.  Ham 7805 ki jgah 78L05 ka use kar sakte hai agar load kam power ka ho to. 

78L05 ke Terminals 7805 ke terminals ke opposite Name (Specification) ke hote hai matlb
       78L05 mai Pin 1 - Output, Pin 2 - Ground,  and Pin 3 - Input ki hoti hai. Jab ki 7805 mai theek iske ulta hota hai.

figure (c)  SMD regulator ka package hai ye bhi same upper diye Regulator hi hai, difference itna hai ki inka size or package alag hai. i.e inka electrical data to same hota hai pr mechanical data same nhi hota hai.



IC 7812 - 

                    Ye IC bhi 78XX ki family ki member hai. Iske 3 terminals hote hai. 
Jab iske input me Unregulated DC Power Supply di jati hai to 7812 use +12 V ke Regulated Power Supply mai convert kar deta hai. 
                  12 volt ki power supply bnane ke liye electronics circuits me iska use kafi kiya jata hai. Iski Dimensions: 10.4 x 4.6 x 9.15mm hoti hai.

Note - 78XX IC ko use karne par iske input ko iske Voltage rating range me se lowest voltage ko iske input me dena chiyye. Jyada voltage dene par Regulated voltage ke alwa shari voltage heat me convert ho jati hai jo ki waist chali jati he or IC bhi kafi heat ho jati hai. 



For example  - 7805 ke input mai + 15 volt ki supply di jati hai to yah 10 voltage (15 -5) ko heat me convert karta hai or 5 volt ko Output mai dega.yani ki 0.5 A Load current ke liye yah

              P =  VI
              P =  10 x 0.5  =    5 watt  (waist)  
      And 
              P =  5 x 0.5   =    2.5 watt (Use)
  
When input voltage is low 
Like  V input =   12 volt 
                    I   =   0.5 A 
             P =  (12 - 5 ) x 0.5 
             P =   3.5 watt   (waist) 

78XX  ki series me dusre regulator 7806, 7808, 7809, 7812, 7815, 7818, and 7824 ate hai Application ke according inka use kiya ja sakta hai.
