How to Read SMD Resistor Value full details in Hind

SMD or SMT Resistor ki value ko read krna Through Hole Resistor (THT) ki compare mai bhut easy hai. THT components mai colours ke according ham resistance ki value ko nikalte hai isliye hme colours ko yaad krna pdhta hai but SMD mai yh bhut hi simple hota hai.

SMD resistor ki value ko simple mathematical expression se bhut fast jaan skte hai.



SMD Resistor
(1). SMD Resistors 



Kisi bhi Resistor mai minimum 1 digit or maximum 4 digit hoti hai. In digits ke according ham  resistance ki value calculate krte hai.


1. Digit code -  

One digit code sirf '0' ohm ke liye hi hota hai. 0 ohm ko 1 to 4 digit kisi me bhi likha ja skta hai. Number of digit tolerance ko show krta hai. Tolerance ke bare me ham aage discuss krege. 

2. Digit code-   

Isme resistance ke upper kewal 2 Digit ya character hote hai.

Example-  kisi resistance ke upper 1R, 1E, 3R, 5R etc. likha hai to uski value hogi ----

                                    1R -  1ohm 
                                    1E -  1ohm
                                    3R -  3 ohm
                                    5R -  5 ohm

                         

3. Digit code -   

Isme resistance ke upper kewal 3 Digit ya character hote hai.

Example-  kisi resistance ke upper 1R3, 3ER, 100, 123, 471 etc. likha hai to uski value hogi ----          

                                  1R3  -    1.3 Ohm
                       3R3 or 3E3 -    3.3ohm
                                  100    =  10x100        
                                        =  10x1   
          So                 100  =  10 ohm 

                                       123  =   12x10      
                                        =  12x 1000
            So                123  =  12000 ohm  or 12K ohm 

                                 471   = ? (For you)


4- Digit code      

Isme resistance ke upper kewal 4 Digit ya character hote hai.

Example-  kisi resistance ke upper 47R0, 1001, 5101, 2203 etc. likha hai to uski value hogi ----

(2) 4 Digit SMD Resistor 
                          
                   
  Example -    
                                    47R0   =   47 x 100    
                                           =  47 x 1
                      So      47R0   = 47 ohm

                                 
                                    1001  = 100 x 101    
                                          = 100 x 10
                  So         1001  = 1000 ohm or 1K ohm



                                 5101  = 510 x 101    
                                          = 510 x 10
                  So          5101  = 5100 ohm or 5.1K ohm or 5K1 ohm
          
                                   2203  = 220 x 103    
                                          = 220 x 1000
                  So          2203  = 220000 ohm or 220K ohm

Note - SMD resistor mai 'R, E' Ohm ko show krta hai or 'K' Kilo ohm ko show krta hai. SMD  Resistor mai R, E ka use  point(.) ko denote krne ke liye kiya jata hai. Example 1R5ohm,  ise ham 1.5 ohm likhege to point  hme acche se dikhai nhi dega isliye reistor ke upper point ki jgah R or E  likna jayada best rhta hai. 


So friends, Upper diye eample ke according aap kisis bhi resistance ki value calulate kar skte hai.

How does QC charger set in different voltage range ?

QC charger (Quick charger) work on a protocol in which we can charge our Mobile in different voltage range (5V, 9V, 12V, 20V), 

Mobile Processor sends a signal (voltage signal) to  Charger, with the help of USB data line. Charger receives that signal and charges to the Mobile Battery according to the signal protocol which is received from the Mobile processor. Processor can sends  4 different types of voltage signal  to the Charger. This is standard protocol of Qualcomm company.  You can easily understand that protocol with help of Figure(1).


It is a communication between a Mobile Phone and a Charger. According to the condition of the mobile battery, the Charger charges the Battery at different voltage levels (5V, 9V, 12 V, 20V).

  3.3    3.3        20V

Capacitor As a Battery, Power Supply na hone par charger ki LED long time tak ku glow karti hai?

Is post me hamne btaya hai ki kis tarah Capacitor ek  battery ki tarh kam karta hai. Is post me ek Electrolyte  capacitor se ek LED( light Emitting Diode) ko glow (Jlaya) kiya hai. Par yha short time mai discharge ho jata hai. App step by step is post ko read kake Ghar ya lab mai khud practical kar skte hai.

Capacitor electronics ka esa componet he jisko DC power supply dene par Vah charge ho jata hai(capacitor ki ek plate par positive charge or doosri plate par Negative charge aa jata hai). Or uska charge Long time tak bna rhta hai. Capacitor ki isi properties ke karn vah battery ki tarha work karta hai.


  Needs of components (आवश्यक सामग्री)



  •  Battery 🔋( 9 volt )  
  •  Switch
  •  Electrolyte Capacitor (1000 uF, 25 volt) 
  •  Resistor (470 ohm) 
  •  An LED
  •  Connecting Wires.

Niche diye gaye circuit ke aadhar par components ko connect kiya jata hai.

Working -  

Figure (a) Circuit diagram ke according , Components ko shi treeke se connect kiya jata hai.
Jab Switch S1 ko ON kiya jata hai to battery se Current Capacitor (C) me jati hai or Resistor R1 se hokar LED me jati hai. Tab Capacitor few Seconds me charge ho jata hai or iske bad isme koi current flow nhi hoti hai. Is time current resistor se LED me jati hai or LED glow (ON) rahti hai. Is time LED battery se glow ho rhi hai. 
Jab hm switch off kr dete he to battery se connection open ho jata hai or battery se ab koi current flow nhi hoti hai. 


Yha capacitor ke karan LED OFF nhi hoti hai, kuki capacitor charge hua tha or ab vh LED ko power deta hai. LED tab tk ON rhti hai jab tak ki capacitor discharge nhi ho jata. 
Jab ham switch ON krge to capacitor phir se charge ho jata hai.

Connection krte time dhayan de ki capacitor or LED right Polarity par connect ho i.e. Capacitor ka positive terminal battery ke positive terminal se or Cap.  ka negative terminal battery ke negative terminal se connect ho. Same LED ko bhi right Polarity par lgaye.

Direct connect to the LED with Charged Capacitor -

LED ON using Capacitor 
Iss circut me charged Capacitor ke Positive or Nagative terminals ko LED ke Positive or negative terminals ke sath connect kiya hai. Esa karne par capacitor LED par discharge ho jata hai. Or LED capacitor ke discharge hone tak glow krti hai.

Note - Connection karte time dhayan dena chiyye  ki Capacitor ki legs ko apne nagn hatho se touch na ho, Capacitor ke terminals hmari body ke sath touch hone par capacitor hmari body me discharge ho jayega. Jisse hame bhut tej shock ( current)  lgega. Capacitor ke kisi singal terminal se to current nhi lgega. Agar dono terminal body se touch hote he to shock ka lgna avsay hai. 
Ye shock itna tej ho skta hai ki kisi ki death bhi ho skti hai. 
   
Power supply  na hone par charger ki LED  ku glow karti hai  ?
    
Ye question har kisi ke mind par jaroor ata hoga ki jab electronics device  ON rhti hai to device me Indicator LED ON rhti he. Par jab Power supply band kar di jati hai to LED kafi long time tak ku glow kati hai -???????

Esa isliye hota hai kuki LED ke parallel me 1 capacitor connect rhta hai jo power supply ke hone par charge hota hai. Or power Supply ke na hone par LED ko back-up deta hai. Or LED Glow karti rahti hai. 

Electricity ke fluctuation (ON - OFF) hone par System ke damage hone ka khatra rhta hai, Jis karn Circuits me Capacitor ka use kiya jata hai.
